If You disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the Service. You represent that You are over the age of 18, as the Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age.

Termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company’s liability to You for any claims arising from the use of the Service will be limited to the amount paid by You for the Service, or 100 USD if no payment has been made. The Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to You in certain cases.  

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not guarantee that the Service will meet Your requirements, be free from errors, or operate without interruptions. The Company does not make any warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service or its content.  

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Country (Delhi, India), excluding its conflict of laws principles. Your use of the Service may also be subject to other applicable local, national, or international laws.  

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably through informal communication with the Company. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, the remainder of the Terms will continue in full force and effect. The failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of future enforcement.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a material change occurs, You will be notified, and the new Terms will take effect 30 days after the notice is provided. If You disagree with the changes, You must stop using the Service.
